MANONXFELIX / LEGAL

Cookie Policy

A clear overview of the cookies and browser storage used by ManonxFelix. Last updated: 2 November 2026.

1. What are cookies and local storage?

Cookies are small files stored by a website in your browser. Local storage is another browser feature that saves information on your device. Both may be used to remember choices; neither is automatically an advertising tool.

2. Our current setup

This website uses Framer for hosting and its native contact form. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising cookies or optional preference services. Framer’s standard analytics are designed to work without tracking cookies. Technical requests are still necessary to deliver pages, images, fonts, videos and form submissions.

3. Privacy-choice storage

Name: manonxfelix_privacy_v1. Provider: ManonxFelix (first party). Type: local storage, not an HTTP cookie. Purpose: remembering whether you selected necessary-only or accepted the currently available services. Content: preference version, choice and time saved. Duration: six months; it is replaced when you save a new choice and removed if you clear site data in your browser. It contains no name, email address or advertising identifier.

4. Necessary and optional categories

Necessary storage remembers your privacy choice and supports essential website functions. It cannot be disabled through our settings. Preference, statistics and marketing cookies are not in use and cannot be enabled in the current setup. Selecting “Accept available” does not install additional tracking services. Both available choices currently leave optional tracking inactive. If we add optional services, this policy and the settings must be updated before those services are activated.

5. Legal basis

Access to device storage that is strictly necessary to provide a service expressly requested by you, such as remembering your cookie choice, is handled under Section 25(2) TDDDG where applicable. Any related personal-data processing necessary for reliable operation is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Optional device access would require prior consent under Section 25(1) TDDDG; related personal-data processing would rely on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR where applicable.

6. Change your choice

Use “Cookie settings” in the footer of any page to reopen the preference panel. You may choose necessary-only at any time. Clearing your browser’s site data also removes the saved preference and the panel will appear again on your next visit. If storage is unavailable, your choice may only last for the current visit.
