MANONXFELIX / LEGAL

Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This notice explains how personal data is processed when you visit the ManonxFelix website or contact us about a collaboration. Last updated: 2 November 2026.

1. Who is responsible?

Felix Hahne, trading as ManonxFelix, Leostr. 27, 50823 Köln, Germany, is the controller responsible for this website. For privacy enquiries or to exercise your rights, contact mail@felixhahne.com.

2. Website hosting and delivery

This website is built and hosted using Framer B.V., Rozengracht 207B, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, the Netherlands. When you access the site, technical information such as your IP address, request time, requested pages, browser and device information may be processed to deliver the site, protect it against abuse and diagnose errors. Processing that is necessary for secure and reliable operation is based on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. Contact and collaboration enquiries

When you submit our contact form, we process the details you provide: your name, email address, hotel or property name, optional location and website, collaboration selection, preferred timeframe and message. Framer processes the form submission and sends a notification to mail@manonxfelix.com. We use this information to respond, discuss your project and arrange a potential collaboration. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual steps, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other business correspondence. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.

4. Cookies, storage and audience measurement

The site does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or advertising cookies in its current configuration. Framer’s standard website analytics are designed to operate without tracking cookies. This does not mean that no technical data is processed to provide the website. Our cookie settings use first-party browser storage solely to remember your privacy choice. Read our Cookie Policy for details. Optional services requiring consent must remain inactive unless and until they are separately configured and you have consented.

5. Recipients and international transfers

Website and form data may be processed by Framer and its infrastructure providers, and enquiry notifications by our email service provider. We do not sell personal data. Where service providers process personal data outside the EEA, transfers must be covered by an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. You can contact us to request information about the safeguards applicable to your data. Framer’s current privacy information is available at www.framer.com/legal/privacy-statement/.

6. How long we keep data

We keep enquiries only for as long as needed to respond and manage the relevant business relationship. We delete data that is no longer needed unless legal retention duties or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require continued storage. Technical hosting data is retained according to the service provider’s operational and security requirements. Your local cookie preference expires after six months, or sooner if you clear your browser storage.

7. Your rights

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Contact mail@felixhahne.com. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, including the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW), Germany.

8. External links and media

Our social media links take you to external websites only when you click them. Those providers are responsible for processing on their own sites. The website currently uses directly hosted imagery and video rather than embedded social media feeds. Visiting an external destination is governed by its own privacy information.

9. Security and updates

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. We may update this notice when our services or legal requirements change; the date above identifies this version.
